VOLUNTEERS

All volunteers will receive a Buffalo Boogie T-shirt, breakfast/snacks, and the wonderful satisfaction of knowing that their efforts are benefiting the Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge. Call 817-392-7413 and a volunteer form with all the details will be faxed or mailed or emailed to you.

Volunteers are needed for:

• In-person advance registration May 6-7 11 am-6 pm at Luke's Locker (Ft. Worth)
• Event set-up on Friday, May 7, any time during 9 am to 9 pm
• On-site registration on Saturday, May 8, at 7 am
• Directing cars to parking area, starting at 6 am
• Water stations, 8 am to 10 am
• Gift Shop table, 7 am to 11 am
• Membership table, 7 am to 11 am
• Breakfast service (coffee, juice & fruit), 7 am
• Clean up, 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
• General assistance, 6:00 am to 1 pm
• Raffle Item set up and and booth
• Chip collection
• Riding shuttle buses
